Rx Care Journal: A 30 Day Reflection Guide for Pharmacists

Pharmacists are first line responders and always available for their patients. They complete multiple tasks throughout the day simultaneously as they care for patients but not for themselves. This guided journal was written to help pharmacists reflect on their daily experiences. In doing so, it is my prayer that they recognize the areas that they need to take better care of themselves. After all, taking care of self is necessary before taking care of others.
