A holiday that was supposed to be the best time of his life turned out to be filled with the most unbelievable experiences - you have to read to believe. From partying in Budapest, to music festivals in Croatia, it should have been a time to celebrate. Yet for so many reasons his life was thrown completely upside down.

Drugs make an appearance but not in the way you might think. They play a role in both his 'up' moments as well as his downward spiral. Yet what Conrad experienced was out of his control.

There was also an astonishing event in Athens involving the police, which is almost too strange to comprehend.

But his journey does not end in Europe. When he returns home, Conrad's real journey is just beginning.

By sharing his story, Conrad's vision is to reduce the stigma around mental health and in particular bipolar disorder. He also hopes his experiences can help others who may be fighting a similar battle.
