Updating the information on authors from the first 44 volumes of Contemporary Authors(R), the 11 volumes in the First Revision series, coupled with the Contemporary Authors(R) Permanent Series (2 volumes) replace the Contemporary Authors(R) original volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-6 through 41-44. Updated author entries are now published through the more efficient Contemporary Authors(R) New Revision series.
