Before Capital One, Valerio was the co-founder and CEO of Goozex.com, the acclaimed online marketplace for trading used video games with a virtual currency - before Bitcoin was even invented. An entrepreneur at heart, he excels at building new products in the early stages of product innovation, where uncertainty and lack of a clear solution are the biggest challenges. He works with companies worldwide to develop Design Thinking, Agile, and digital innovation practices. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, USA and a MS/BS degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy.
