This is a fun book about a young girl who decides it is a great idea to skip school one day to stay home and play. The grandparents minding her don't think this is such a good idea. As the day unfolds, the young girl thinks it was not such a good idea either. Her anxiety grows and she ends her day with a head full of woes. She goes to bed having grown very unhappy, but her bedtime woes are greatly relived by the presence of a little dog named Bappy. The dog's comforting presence reduces her anxiety and she ends the day slipping into a peaceful sleep.
