Do you believe that insects and bugs fly because they have wings? Yes, they need their wings, but they also need special flying dust. Watch Out for the Flying Dust is the story of how that dust is made and what happens if it lands on creatures that don't have wings.
Once upon a time, two wasps are playing in a raspberry bush when they land in a bear's mouth. When the bear spits them out, their wings are covered in slime and they can no longer fly.
Just then, they hear the gentle buzzing of a fairy flying by. Surely, her flying dust will help them fly again. After the fairy falls asleep, the wasps steal her bag of flying dust. But when her bag falls, the flying dust spreads everywhere across the ground.
That night, a worm, a slug, a caterpillar, and several other small creatures find themselves floating in the air after accidentally being covered with the flying dust. But the creatures must return to the ground before the bird eats them. Who will save them? Will they be flying forever?
