Rafiq doesn't like growing up. The world seems to be a dangerous place, and there are too many tricky decisions to make for a small, ginger dog. He just wants to splash around in the deep, blue ocean and snooze in the sand.

At least he has his street dog pals - or does he? Rafiq can't help but think that they're plotting against him.
