The Women s War Roza s Story

Having witnessed her people brutally murdered or taken as slaves on the slopes of Mount Şingal, Roza decides not to be a victim anymore. Barely escaping the massacre alive, she joins the ranks of the Kurdish all-female defense forces, the YPJ.

Desperately and against all odds, the women challenge centuries old rules of war, holding the lines against an army of fanatic men. When all hope seems lost, Roza is called to a secret military base where she meets a group of US Special Forces soldiers offering their support.
