Author, Preeyam Parikh (Ph.D.), is a Clinical Psychologist from Canada. She has been spiritually inclined from a young age, and has continued to deepen her alignment to her greater Universal nature. As such, she is passionate about integrating Spirituality and Psychology. Preeyam believes that cultivating awareness of our inner Universal light and discovering the true nature of the self, can help to navigate the human psyche and human experience more effectively.

Preeyam is also a mother to a young child. She believes that introducing Universal spiritual understanding to developing minds, can begin to impress positive and balanced energy into the consciousness of children. This can help to set the foundation for a healthy sense of self and emotion regulation as young people develop, and can help to provide a compass for finding and maintaining their inner light, love, and happiness throughout the journey of life.
