The first paper, authored by Professor Dr. Mohamad Mohamed Rafia and titled "Towards a Strategy for Political Advancement in the Context of Contemporary Challenges Facing the Islamic Ummah," presents a comprehensive strategy for the political revival of the Ummah. The second paper, authored by Professor Dr. Mustafa Atiya Jumaa, offers a vision for a civilizational and educational strategy to counter Westernization and cultural invasion. It explores ways to confront the challenges of Western influence that threaten Islamic civilizational identity. The researcher proposes an educational strategy rooted in Islamic values and free from the remnants of colonialism, with a strong emphasis on developing individuals who embrace the civilizational and educational project, making them the cornerstone of the strategy's success.

Yacine Mohamed Belkandouz is a professor at the Institute of Translation, University of Algiers 2, and a certified translator in Arabic, English, and French. He is also a distinguished writer and poet with a unique contribution to literature and culture.

Renowned as a researcher in cultural studies, comparative literature, and translation, his work focuses particularly on postcolonial theory. His academic interests span cultural translation studies, world literature, and film adaptation studies, aiming to explore the intersections of culture, literature, and translation within diverse global contexts.
