Angel Academy: A Tale of Heavenly Spirits in Training

Eight-year-old Ben discovers that heaven isn't just a place to float on clouds and eat ice cream all day, it is a place of adventure! Ben, having been very sick for a long time, one day finds himself walking down a long, dark hallway toward bright light. Passing through the light, Ben is greeted by his grandparents and woman named Elizabeth. Noticing that his grandparents and Elizabeth can fly, Ben wonders how he too can get a pair of wings. He is surprised to learn that he must earn his wings by going to school; not just any school, but the Angel Academy! Ben, guided by the angels and saints that live in heaven, discovers that the Angel Academy is a place where secret agents are trained. As a secret agent, or guardian angel, Ben learns that after graduation he will earn his halo and wings and become the protector for a little boy named Francisco. This book is written for parents, siblings and children affected by severe childhood illness. A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to children's charities.
