MEMS Sensors Design and Engineering Applications

MEMS, or micro electro-mechanical systems, is a technology associated with the manufacturing of microscale devices such as sensors, transducers, actuators, gears, pumps, switches, etc. These microscopic integrated devices combine electronic, electrical and mechanical elements.
