After a successful mission in Chron, Sam and her team embark on a new assignment to retrieve the Flame of Fury. But the moment Sam steps through the portal, she is faced with a challenge that could destroy the entire mission. Chris and Rose are nowhere to be seen, leaving her alone with Ben, the man who murdered her best friend. Battling against the desire to avenge her friend's death, Sam is forced to continue the assignment with Ben as he guides her to Ross Park - the cruel yet handsome ruler who holds the Flame.
