Welcome to my international cookbook of desserts! If you enjoy baking, travel, and world cultures, then this cookbook is for you. Every Sunday at my house, I make a new dessert from various countries around the world. What started out as a weekly hobby quickly transformed into a deep passion. Each dessert is my own adaptation from the most authentic recipes I could find or was given. After much testing, tasting, and debate, I decided to include the recipes that received the highest ratings, so you're guaranteed to make and eat only the best of the best. I truly believe that there is nothing more pleasurable than the creative cooking process.
