The sunflower fields at Chester Farms have been a popular attraction for decades. Families come from all over to visit the attractions that Gemma Chester and her late husband have worked on for most of their lives. What started as an idea has now grown into a true success. The achievements they had was something that Gemma has been proud to share the memories with her family.

Until she couldn't any longer.

Gemma's murder has put the family in shambles with many questions unanswered. Who killed Gemma Chester? What will happen to the farm? Some problems are better left buried in the sunflowers. The family is struggling, and it is just the start of their issues.

Charlotte Rollins hasn't felt like a part of the Chesters for most of her life. With the loss of her grandmother, Charlotte has to go through her grieving alone. What makes it worse is that one of the scarecrows has come to life, terrorizing the Chesters. Will the family make it through the weekend as the scarecrow picks apart the branches of the family tree?
