Top Connors & Tillie is a story of friendship, family, and the unique perspective of someone on the Autism Spectrum. Steven Raimondi (the Admiral) uses his distinct experience to tell the magical adventures of Top Connors, a young steam tugboat, to help children and adults understand that individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder can be the very best of friends.

Top Connors is a tugboat on the autism spectrum with the ability to transform into a humanoid. As a tug for the Valient Tugboat & Marine Company, a family business with his grandfather, father, mother, aunt and others, he travels the San Francisco Bay assisting ships safely to harbor. His adventures show his integrity, sensitivities, and bravery leading to friendship, camaraderie, and love.
