Very First Journal For Little Girls

This is a very basic, first journal for little girls, in which they are helped along to write/draw about themselves and their lives. They might need a little input from an adult person, though mostly they will be capable to do it all by themselves. Journaling leads to mindfulness. If a child can start exercising their awareness about the ordinary things that touch their lives on a daily basis, as they get older they will learn that journaling helps them to be in touch with their own, and other people's feelings, as well as a consciousness about the world in general.
