This book is the culmination of 40 years of writing hymns, sermons, poems, etc. The hymn texts are original compositions with some exceptions. Likewise, the sermons are original, but may contain expressions or examples that come from other sources. The sermons are written from a conservative Lutheran perspective, but may prove useful to those of other denominations. The miscellaneous items are original.

It is the author's intention to share with others, through this book, his God-given ability to write sound Christian materials that can be used by other Christians.
