Worry Shark

The Worry Shark utilizes a little girl named Hope's imagination, bravery, and creativity to help kids better understand anxiety and learn how to cope with it. By highlighting Hope's personal experience with anxiety, which she calls her "worry shark," and her ability to understand and learn to express her feelings, readers and their families will better understand what their child's anxiety may look and feel like to them. It also includes useful aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment to help kids understand how to fight and cope with their anxiety.
