We live in a modem world supported by large, complex networks, with examples ranging from financial markets to communication, transportation, and security systems. Sensitive electronics are omnipresent, and high power electromagnetic (HPEM) threats represent an emerging risk that could disrupt the functionality of the complex networks and the critical infrastructure they support.
