Description

This text sets out the principles to be applied for sentencing in protest cases as well as procedural issues. It explores the fundamental rights under the European Convention on Human Rights and the key European jurisprudence and domestic caselaw. It addresses various behaviour orders including those introduced specifically to address protest-related offences. It aims to be accessible and practical for those practicing in a fast-moving area of law.
