To the single mothers raising their boys to men I dedicate this to you and hope that some of my life's experiences may guide and help your sons.

Young Man, you are developing into being your own man. By continuing your education, you will learn many different things that can and will help you be successful in your future adventures and endeavors. Take time to get to know you, your weakness and strengths, polish yourself up and sharpen your skills continuously.

Melvin J. Stevenson's first book Life's Lil Journeys comes from life experiences. He has served his country and has had a great second career with the US Postal Service. Mel loves to work with youth which is evident by his tireless volunteering for the Valley Big Brother Big Sister organization. Mel is looking forward to writing other motivational books in his future endeavors.
