It is estimated that 1 in 3,000 people are born with a disorder of the corpus callosum. (DCC). Confabulation, or the telling of misinformation without deceitful intent or knowledge, is a symptom that is associated with DCC that has yet to be quantified. This discovery study was conducted to contribute to this emerging body of research in a positive way.
