Danica Jones has lived in the small town of Ophidian Grove, North Carolina almost her whole life. She thought she was familiar with everyone, especially the members of her best friend, Leanne Campbell's family. That is, until she comes face to face with Leanne's so-called cousin, Silas Quinn. He is devastatingly handsome and alluring, with strange green eyes, pale skin, and an air of mystery that surrounds him. Leanne is adamant that Danica must stay away from him, but she cannot explain her reasons. His secrets are not hers to tell.
