Spiritual Path of Aging

Longtime spiritual counselor and teacher, Jo Ann Levitt outlines ways to transform the joys and challenges of aging into a novel spiritual path, taking advantage of the built-in spirituality within the aging process itself in her latest work: The Spiritual Path of Aging.

A prolific author as well as lecturer and program designer, Jo Ann was a senior Kripalu faculty member for thirty years and has provided meditation, spiritual counseling, and Healing Touch for the guests of Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires during the past twenty plus years.
