Growing up in Carson Homes, one of the most ruthless hoods on the eastside of San Antonio, Peanut has seen it all. Although, Peanut is determined to never follow in his old man's ruthlessness, the streets keep calling his name. Before his old man was shot and killed in front of him, two of his closest friends made him a promise to look after Peanut, but the struggle is real.

When Peanut and his best friend Jay pull off a lick for a few pounds, he finally decides to see what the game has to offer. With the right plug, they find themselves on the way to the top, but with more money, comes more problems. When one of the two gets jammed in a routine traffic stop and is caught with enough work to put him in prison, betrayal instantly sets in.
