JuneBug is free at last, and he is a changed man. Although he suffered a lot during the time he'd spent as a member of the ill-famed RockBottom Family, he has a new vision in mind as a parolee. Instead of picking up where he'd left off, he and his homeboy, Blue, get their CDLs and, together, transport precious cargo for someone Bug only knew by reputation via notorious circles.

All's going according to plan until Bug refuses to deliver a load to a specific place, which sets off a cacophony of events that could lead to a return to prison or a fast road to the cemetery.

It's a race against time as JuneBug tries, by any means necessary, to get out of the predicament he foolishly put himself in. How will he deal with the shadows of his past? Win JuneBug get a cold dose of A GANGSTA'S KARMA? Or willd he be granted a second chance to reclaim his life on the road towards redemption?
