One fine Spring Day, when the sun was shining on the beautiful green landscape of rural Virginia, I was sitting outside in my yard, watching some crows as they talked crow talk back and forth and flew around from up in the trees to down in the grass. They seemed to be enjoying the day, and I wondered what their whole life was like, what mattered to them, did they mate for life, what did they do for fun, what was the longest distance they might fly, stuff like that.
That's when Cackle came to me and told me her story.
