During many hundred years Qigong became surrounded by many techniques, religious rites, stories, myths and even magic. From our point of view, if to clean qigong from philosophical-religious and also mystical layers, there is a simple and effective technique, based on laws of the human physiology. Just the development of the consciousness ability to affect physiological processes is the main and, in fact, single aim of all qigong practices.
