This publication aims to provide to the designer a method for sizing, as first approximation, of rubber-metal systems. It allows not only to determine the geometry, but also the main functional characteristics, as well as the definition of the tolerance ranges usual for this type of product.The document has been drafted in the hypothesis of small displacements in order to minimize the effect of the non linearities of the rubber.
