The monograph is devoted to the important and topical issue of theoretical and legal research aimed at analyzing the organizational and legal aspects of administrative services in Ukraine's stock market, as well as the prospects for their improvement, considering the contemporary conditions of European integration and financial market transformation. The activity of the state in the field of securities market regulation is substantiated through the functioning of state bodies whose competence includes the authority to provide administrative services to market participants. This concerns the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and the National Bank of Ukraine, determined by their powers and competence. However, the examination of these administrative services, detached from the overall purpose of financial market development embodied in the state's economic policy, is inappropriate. This is because the investigation of the securities market itself, allows us to understand not only the essence and structure of regulatory bodies in this sphere but also to identify the peculiarities of their activities.
