The objective is to create new, transparent, synergistic k-Carrageenan/Xanthan gum/Gellan gum (k-C/X/G) hydrogel films with varying weight ratio compositions and investigate how these compositions affect the films' physical characteristics. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV were used to examine the films' morphological characteristics and structure. The results of the FT-IR, UV, and SEM analyses demonstrated that k-C, X, and G clearly interacted to produce a novel material. Water vapor permeability (WVP), water contact angle (WCA), moisture content, and other mechanical, thermal, and water barrier characteristics were measured. At 5% weight reduction (T5%), the temperature falls between 64.2 and 121.9 C.
