Peter Mogensen and his two wives, Dorthea Marie Christensen and Anna Christina Christensen, were among the many Scandinavians who joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and journeyed to Utah.

This book is based on many interviews of older generations who were familiar with the story of the Mogensen/Monsen family's journey from Denmark to Utah.
