Culture is our way of life. Importantly, each culture must be respected and appreciated to produce better or friendlier ways of operating. We may make decisions that can open more doors once cultural ways of doing things are understood and used creatively.
In this volume, the author seeks to identify core avenues of seeing its beauty beyond the natural daily lens. Every culture has its values. It is vital to take the time to understand each culture and how its people operate to improve communication and collaboration. We all have different styles, yet we can achieve similar results.
Cultures are sometimes misunderstood. Communication is varied and may contribute to misunderstandings between those we communicate with. Communication may not be only within our cultural settings but also within multicultural environments.
