In 2011, the patients and staff of a secluded hospital near the small town of Eminence, MO begin to share peculiar dreams. Haunting dreams of an unknown place and time. Dreams that hold the key to liberating an ancient entity imprisoned beneath them. As this malevolent influence grows, a geology graduate student, her friends, and her family find themselves struggling to comprehend the unfolding puzzle in time to prevent the rise of an eldritch terror unseen for eons. Will they decipher the secrets of the dreams in time, or will the Earth succumb to this unfathomable horror?
