After pursuing an alternative method of treatment to overcome his night sweats, Tyler Ascott develops Tinnitus, a hearing condition for which he can't seem to figure out the cause.
In his attempt to seek out a cure for his new problem, Tyler starts to believe he is at the center of a plot orchestrated by an ancient cult.
As the persistent sounds in his head get progressively worse, he starts to doubt everything around him, even reality itself.
