66 million years ago, the dinosaurs fell.

Now it's humanity's turn.

Guided by the remnants of a reptilian species that transcended biology, the seven must surrender their pasts, their identities, and even their human limitations. Among them is Eli, a solitary boy who never belonged in a world of endless hunger, and Nina, whose bond with him may be the final key to unlocking their shared transformation.
