Alicia Shields, MSN, RN, CENP, CAHTA, NHDP-BC, SRMP-C, is a seasoned nursing executive with a distinguished career in healthcare leadership, disaster response, and humanitarian work. With a Master of Science in Nursing and certifications in Executive Nursing Practice and Security Risk Management, Alicia has led high-performing teams and implemented improvements in patient care and organizational efficiency. As Chief Nursing Officer, she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced patient and employee satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
Alicia's leadership extends into emergency management, serving as an Incident Commander and leading healthcare teams during crises. She has received honors such as the 2021 BCBS Frontline Hero of the Year and is a member of the Grand Canyon University Hall of Fame.
