Paul "Pauli" Antonelli has had nightmares his entire life, but only now does he suspect it might be a premonition of things to come. Pauli records a signal and sets out to learn of its origin; he got back something sinister and not what he expected.Pauli soon realizes he's in over his head, that nothing is what it seems. He ended up with a list of questions: Who can he trust? Can the world be saved from total analyzation? Will we be replaced by an intelligent race from another world? Or will it be the biggest hostile takeover the world has ever seen? Needing help, Pauli eventually recruits his coworker and best friend, Robert Stokes, who doesn't believe in coincidences, only conspiracies.
