In the towering, Art Deco metropolis of Apex City, built from the ruins of a past catastrophe, five powerful crime families vie for control. From the industrial Foundry depths to the elite Aetherium Peaks, each family, like the artistic Arcanum or the industrious Ironclads, seeks dominance through their unique methods. The city's magic and prosperity hinge on a shimmering substance called Grace, now dwindling. Amidst this struggle, Ash, Zephyra, and Rhox navigate a dangerous path, concealing their true identities while working for the Arcanum. Their latest mission for the Arcanum's new leader, Anhel, plunges them deep into enemy territory to retrieve a mysterious artifact known as the "Blue Lily".
