New Christians face some challenges. They didn't read the Bible enough. They are filled with doubts and curiosity. This concise book aims to explain Christianity straightforwardly. I won't dwell on Systematic Theology, or touch complicated subjects that we won't understand because it is not explicit in the Bible, like infant baptism, premillennialism, the age of the Earth, or what did Jesus wrote on the ground when challenging the the scribes and the Pharisees to throw the first stone. These things don't matter much compared to the Bible's whole message that Jesus is God and the only savior for your soul. There is no other, and He is the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus. When you understand this and believe it, your life will be changed forever. That's my objective, and I write this to Christians, more specifically to the newly converted. If you're not a Christian, you're more than welcome to read it, but have in mind that I didn't have you in mind when I wrote this book.
The title 'Decoding Christianity' came to me as I thought about how to name something that would attempt to decipher the common doubts I had when I began my journey. Since I had another book published, called 'Technology Decoded, ' I thought this might be a good idea.
The Bible poses some challenges for new readers, and my job is not actually to go through the books of the Bible but to present the main idea, such as:
And so on. I hope to provide you with a clear vision, and I took some liberties to interpret certain things from my point of view, but that shouldn't be contrary to the Bible in any way. For me, the Bible is the Ultimate truth; it is the Word of God, and there is no contradiction within it. If I wrote something different from that, it is my mistake, and it wasn't intentional.
