In this book, we propose a process of emotional balance that allows us to calmly face and overcome the emotional ups and downs of our lives, taking advantage of the essential lessons offered by the "school of life" as a beneficial and splendid teaching for our personal evolution.
We base this on the Five Stages of Grief and the Five Elements theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which allows us to process emotions quickly, holistically, and effectively, coordinating the body-emotion-mind-spirit balance.
