This book is first one under POM series which is a planned work by me.
The aim of this book is to introduce the students with the concepts and theory of business operations and Production Management. The book presents the locational and Layout issues, material handling, and work-study techniques involved in day-to-day business operations. It also highlights the significance of production planning & control, quality control, and Inventory management in the organizations.
