Memo: Mr. President,
I am an American. I am a citizen of this great amalgamation of immigrants and children of immigrants and I am a Veteran, one of those people you called a 'loser' and a 'sucker' for valuing my country enough to serve in its military.
As a 'sucker' and 'loser' I know you don't like me. But I know something you don't. Freedom is a community thing. It is the sense of belonging, human to human, to something beautiful, worthwhile, and progressive. And that makes me richer than you.
You are a nine-iron looking for a golf ball in the rough. You are the name we won't be able to remember.

Democracy is its birthright."
