Description

Observation and iterative experiences led humans to gather and choose their leader based on the two gifts of nature: physical strength and intellectual strength. The first played a deterrent role, while the second served a persuasive role.
These two functions gradually evolved into a social mechanism: to deter through force and persuade through intellect.
Over time, power transcended individuals and became virtual, forming a systemic structure capable of encompassing millions of people. Each person, by serving power, also becomes part of it and plays a role in maintaining it consciously or not.
Thus, power becomes greater than the sovereign himself. In many cases, the sovereign, unable to free himself from the chains of power, falls into depression. This is especially true for monarchs who lack defined term limits and cannot return to a normal life.
Power is a system composed of an organizational chart of antagonists who excel in the four pillars and compete with one another. The leader is the one who holds the delegated authority from the established value system, and who receives the blessing of the majority of leaders across the four pillars.
The ruler must find the right balance to align with the majority of value system leaders and collaborate with intellectuals and business elites especially those who control the media, capable of weakening his opponents and strengthening his allies.
Today, it is very difficult for change to arise from outside the system except through revolts that destroy the system without replacing it.
