The General Who Laughed Too Loud is a tragi-comedy political satire and fictional story about Felix Tamber an Army General who became the president of a country named Valdora by an innocent and unintended joke he cracked secretly at a conference. (He famously said
"These politicians talk peace like a priest blesses vodka-everybody knows it's sinful, but it still gets poured."). This was captured by an unmuted microphone. It went viral and people loved his blunt but truthful message in the joke. A movement started out of this punch line Joke and the rest was history, was encouraged to run for president by his little niece, he ran and won. Wanting to continue with jokes as a tool for governance, Felix Tamber made again unintended utterances that lead to loss of lives and properties and his downfall. Truly, life and death are in the tongues of a man.
