Summoning the gods to their vast assembly hall, The Almighty, Anu, advises them of his new plan, the Zodiac. He seeks to establish the realms of the gods and initiate a system on Earth which would enable humankind to better harvest their crops, communicate with each other, and pay tribute to the deities in a well-regulated fashion.
Anu commands his senior gods to create a circle and fathom a way to assign a well-defined territory for each god to rule, under which the hapless mortals must thrive. Various gods undertake a task to fulfil Anu's commands, thus creating the Zodiac.
As the gods become rulers on Earth, they are challenged and must do battle. Rituals must prevail, gods who are anthropomorphic have their love affairs, and annually all-humankind and deities alike-must travel through the zodiacal houses to be judged and traverse the Zodiac yet again.
The goal? To acquire the Sacred Knowledge and Divine Wisdom to attain Eternity.
