1982. A Soviet nuclear strike has leveled Ramstein Air Base. In response, the United States launches
Strike Force One-B-52 bombers flying under radio silence, high above the Atlantic. Only one carries a live nuclear warhead.
Aboard
one B-52, six airmen lock in for what they believe is a counterstrike to save the world.
But something else is happening.
Something no training could prepare them for.
The air turns heavy. The steel groans. Eyes linger too long. Silence stretches too far. Then comes the doubt. Then the fear.
Something is wrong with this mission, but it's not on the ground. And it's not on the radar. The horror has already begun.
There's no escape at 35,000 feet.
"Six men went -and something came back."
