For ever so many years, the G7 countries and many other proud nations have been suffering a creeping bipolarisation, with the two main parties devoting most of their efforts to harming each other, each other's legacy and the country, rather than to coming up with positive improvements. And where the other groupings, the ones who might have offered more insight into grappling with the complex problems societies face, fall off the radar, as the big two always get all the media attention and all the campaign funding, those relegating the others into a meaningless battle to finish a distant third place, with no hope of ever catching the big two.
Something new and wonderful has recently been invented, and all signs are that it will make the world a much better place. Was this a drastic action, forcing countries to adopt an imposed system? Read on and decide for yourselves, dear readers! If it achieves the right thing in a gradual and victim-free way, it may be the best route to better democracy ever conceived. If it does not convince you that the new 12-months system is far better than any other, then, dear readers, we will have failed. We are banking on it to revolutionize the planet, and to be remembered as the best thing to happen to the world this century. Consider also that even the freest of Western societies have rule books and constitutions that were imposed on the country by the leaders of the biggest political party in that country at the time of the nation being founded, with opportunities rarely missed to build in rules, stipulations and voting systems that will always favor this one grouping, or in some cases, the two biggest political parties in the country, at the expense of the aspirations of all the others. No country ever gave their people a whole stack of alternative draft constitutions to choose the best way between. We're not saying that all democracy in the world so far is partial, is completely failed, but some of the below ideas could certainly take us in a better, more pluralistic direction. Then, once the basic system rules are optimized, we could then look into ways of throwing the corporate lobbies out of democracy, which would finally bring about something resembling true democracy.
There are better ways, way better ways, way more democratic and way more sensible. Read on, to find out how, in the not so distant future, your world will discover the better way and every country decides to switch over - see how it functions and experience why it is simply better using the way of the special options quarter-finals votes.
