Mississippi Dreamboats

Liz and I are "The Mississippi Dreamboats" we surround ourselves with musicians that also play traditional New Orleans revivalist jazz. It is usually a five, six or seven piece band. This book is not an intellectual historical study about jazz or how to play it. It is about my wanderlust meandering journey playing jazz. I have discovered the journey is important as the destination. Whether you like jazz or not you will not hear a note of jazz in the text. However if you like reading about peoples lives this book is for you. The Mississippi Dreamboats journey in the jazz scene takes some unexpected directions.
